Title: Operation Coordinator
Number of Vacancies : 2
Responsibilities :
1- Receives client orders and determines the requirements related to the operation services needed
2- Communicates with client in relation to operation service information, enquiries, order handling including any amendments if any
3- Coordinates between client, lab and technical department
4- Follows up customer complaints and feedback customer with results
5- Follows up with technical department on operation status
6- Receives and distributes changes to client orders
7- Prepares operation reports and sends them to clients
8- Keeps operation files
9- Follows and promotes Rochem's Integrated Management System

Education/Qualification requirements:
1 - Fluent in the English Language
2 - Preferably with a Mathematical & Statistical Background
3 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
4 - Strong Communication/Interpersonal skills
5 - Active Team Work Player
6 - Works well under pressure
7 - Able to take initiatives
8 - Professional and Organised
